E.g.： 書きます » 書く » 書くこと
①： 漢字を書くことができます。
I can write Kanji.
②： 車の運転ができます。
I can drive a car.
③： 車を運転することができます。
I can drive a car.
Look at their particles.

You can buy fruits in the departmental store./It is possible to buy fruits at the departmental store.
”まえに”の使い方
テレビを見る前に、洗濯して、部屋を掃除して、日本語を勉強しなければなりません。
